Director of Development

Job description

Salary: $150-180k

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Since 2015, we have doubled in size year over year and trained more than 2,500 students across 49 colleges and universities. Now with major, multi-year endorsements from Venture Capital Firms like Andreessen Horowitz, large employers like Walmart, and top technology companies like Facebook and Microsoft, CodePath is building a world-class leadership team and seeking a talented and ambitious director of development to own our annual fundraising strategy and execution.

About Us

CodePath is an innovative education nonprofit building the largest pipeline of high-performing, underrepresented software engineers in the industry. We are the first organization in history to centralize student support, curriculum, and classroom operations across dozens of for-credit, in-person college classrooms. Our unique combination of student-led courses with remote support by professional engineers and a robust online learning platform produces scalable, high impact programs that have received major endorsements from professors, large funders, and major corporations.

This is a dream role for a Development Director who wants to work for an exciting, mission-driven organization that moves at startup speed without compromising student engagement or outcomes.
