Research shows that up to 80% of minority CS students will drop out during their first two years of college, and we believe it’s a problem of inspiration, support, and access. CodePath offers industry courses and career services at no cost to students and universities nationwide, making our students 4x more likely to land a technical internship/job than those who do not.
We’re financially supported by great partners like Google, Meta, Walmart, Cognizant, Salesforce, Workday, and many others that believe that we’re creating systemic change, and you would play a role in that impact.
As Manager, Students and University Outreach, you will activate, build, and foster communities at university campuses in Chicago and the Northeast to drive student enrollment to our courses and expand our footprint from 70 universities to 90 by the end of 2024.
We launch at a new university by partnering with university department stakeholders, students, and local non-profits and raising awareness around our no-cost CS courses and career services. Your role would be to recruit, empower, onboard and support professors and student leaders from target universities within your region.
As a part of the Student + University Outreach Team, you will manage paid student leaders building community on their campuses and work with faculty to offer the credit courses. In addition, each summer, we offer 3 levels of interview prep courses, and our virtual career fairs facilitate over a thousand interviews each year.
